For the first few months of sunshiney lockdown, not getting out much was actually great. Online meetings, getting loads done in my already-established home-office, buying diesel monthly rather than weekly, not constantly late for everything. Now I suddenly find myself boss-eyed after six or seven hours in front of the computer which runs both my life and my business; then relaxing by watching a film in front of a different screen. Yet another glass of rosé should not be the answer. So, lifestyle gurus, where’s the happy medium? Can anyone recommend an appropriate, online Ted Talk (parents etc.)?
