In the excitement of Mother’s and birthdays, I omitted to mark another important anniversary last week. My last face-to-face client meeting was on 13th March 2020, with, as I write, no obvious end to a life of Zooming and other-online-meeting-apps-are-available. Will this really become ‘the way we do things’. Well, many think not, that it will become an historical footnote. I’m not so sure.
